Each operating station has a job instruction sheet for each part number.  This commitment to detail insures that each operator will  have correct information available to do the job right.
Fixtures are designed for "off line" racking.  Each part configuration has its own fixture to optimize handling, density and coating application.
If a part requires special packaging, we can work with you to develop an efficient and effective packaging system.
