Did you know that DCC can design custom packaging requirements just for your needs?
We take the packaging and assembly processes seriously because we want you to receive your parts undamaged.
We can package your order in a number of packing materials. We’ll help you figure out packaging for any box, tote, divider, wrap, foam, paper, and/or bag. DCC can even purchase specific packing materials for your order.
DCC can actually direct ship to the customer – bypassing your need to incur freight costs!
We are more than happy to quote for all of these services. If you need it done, we want to find a way to make it happen for you.
Assembly
Poka-yoke (pronounced “Poh-kah yoh-keh”) is a Japanese term meaning “mistake-” or “error-proofing”.
We’ve engineered a mistake-proofing quality assurance device that checks for missing parts when everything is assembled. We have quality assurance methods in place to help with your parts that might have issues during the assembly process.
